Eight weeks after ISO-induced myocardial infarction, body weight, mass of ventricles, and tibia length were measured. Ventricular weight/body weight (mg/g) and ventricular weight/tibia length (mg/mm) ratios were calculated. The results are expressed as mean ± SEM. # versus control. versus ISO.
