Echinacoside prevented UVB-induced cytotoxicity. (a) Cells were exposed to different doses of UVB (0, 25, 50, 100, 300, and 500 mJ/cm²). (b) Cells were pretreated with echinacoside (25, 50, and 100 μM) before exposure to UVB (300 mJ/cm²). And 24 h later with UVB irradiation, cell viability was determined by MTT assay.
