Antroquinonol Exerts Immunosuppressive Effect on CD8⁺ T Cell Proliferation and Activation to Resist Depigmentation Induced by H₂O₂

Antroquinonol resisted decrease of tyrosinase induced by H₂O₂. Skin sections were examined with immunohistochemistry staining with anti-tyrosinase antibody. Contrast to the control group, lower expression of tyrosinase was observed in the H₂O₂ group, and a little higher expression of tyrosinase was shown in the antroquinonol/H₂O₂ group.
