Effects of FSCP on CoCl₂-induced altered expression of apoptosis-related proteins. The expression of apoptosis-related proteins was analyzed by western blotting. Bcl-2 downregulation and Bax upregulation in CoCl₂-treated HaCaT cells were reversed by treatment with FSCP and NAC (a, b). Potentiated levels of caspase-3 activity and cytochrome c release in CoCl₂-treated HaCaT cells were attenuated by treatment with FSCP and NAC (c).
