Salidroside Inhibits HMGB1 Acetylation and Release through Upregulation of SirT1 during Inflammation

Salidroside decreases serum HMGB1 level and improves the lung injury in CLP rats. Salidroside was administrated to the rats, and rats were subjected to CLP after 30 min. (a) Blood was collected after CLP, and serum HMGB1 level was determined by ELISA ( rats/group; ). Data were shown as mean ± SD. (b) Lung tissues from different groups of rats were collected and subjected to H&E staining and then examined by light microscopy.
