Salidroside Inhibits HMGB1 Acetylation and Release through Upregulation of SirT1 during Inflammation
Salidroside upregulates the expression of SirT1 via AMPK signalling in RAW264.7 cells. (a, d) The cells were treated with salidroside for different time points. (b, e) Cells were treated with different concentrations of salidroside for the indicated time. (c, f) Cells were pretreated with salidroside for 2 h and then treated with LPS for 12 h. Total protein was collected, and then, the amounts of SirT1 and AMPK phosphorylation were detected by Western blotting. Equal loading protein was confirmed by immunoblotting with a GAPDH or β-actin antibody. The experiments were repeated three times, and data were shown as mean ± SD. , compared with the control group (a, b, d, and e) or LPS group (c and f), comparison between the two groups.
