DUOX1 Silencing in Mammary Cell Alters the Response to Genotoxic Stress

<div>Extracellular H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> generation is increased after genotoxic stress. DUOX1-deficient (shDUOX1) and control (shCTRL) cells were treated or not with 25 nM doxorubicin for 24 h. Extracellular H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> generation was evaluated by Amplex Red/HRP assay.
