Effect of AFSC treatment with SF and EGCG on the ROS intracellular level. (a) Cells were treated or cotreated for 3 days with 1 μM SF and 10 μM EGCG. ROS levels were evaluated by DCFH-DA fluorometric assay, as reported in Materials and Methods. Each bar represents means ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
