Relative concentrations of the bioactive compounds from PMI 5011. The relative concentrations of davidigenin, 6-demethoxycapillarisin, DMC-1, and sakuranetin were quantified based on the equivalents of DMC-2 as measured by LC-MS. The standard for DMC-2 was commercially synthesized. The fingerprint of PMI-5011 is consistently comprised of these compounds in approximately these ratios.
