Tetrahydroxystilbene Glucoside Produces Neuroprotection against 6-OHDA-Induced Dopamine Neurotoxicity

<div>TSG ameliorated 6-OHDA-induced microglial activation <i>in vitro</i>. Activated microglia were detected by immunocytochemical staining with an anti-OX-42 antibody. Representative images of immunostaining from three experiments were indicated (a). Scale bar = 100 <i>μ</i>m. Iba1 protein expression was determined by western blotting assay. The ratio of densitometry values of Iba1 with <i>β</i>-actin was assessed and normalized to each respective control group (b).
