120 noncancerous and precancerous gastric tissues were analyzed for gankyrin expression. Positive gankyrin staining was defined as the H-score higher than the median 47.5. For each group, the median, 1st quartile, and 3rd quartile were shown. The value was calculated by Mann–Whitney -test vs. NAG (, ). NAG: nonatrophic gastritis; CAG: chronic atrophic gastritis; Im: intestinal metaplasia; Dys: dysplasia.
