Troxerutin Protects Kidney Tissue against BDE-47-Induced Inflammatory Damage through CXCR4-TXNIP/NLRP3 Signaling

<div>Troxerutin suppresses the activity of kidney inflammasome caused by BDE-47. NLRP3, ASC, pro-caspase-1, cleaved caspase-1 (c-caspase-1), and IL-1<i>β</i> were assessed by western blot analysis. The relative density is normalized to <i>β</i>-actin.
