The Polyphenolic Composition of Extracts Derived from Different Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oils Is Correlated with Their Antioxidant Potency

Antioxidant capacity of the tested OO extracts measured by their ability to reduce/scavenge ABTS⋅+ radical. OLE17 () and OLE19 () are HT-rich olive oils.
