Upregulation of miR-34a by Inhibition of IRE1α Has Protective Effect against Aβ-Induced Injury in SH-SY5Y Cells by Targeting Caspase-2

Expression of miR-34a in Aβ-treated SH-SY5Y cells. SH-SY5Y cells were exposed to Aβ1-40 (5 μM) for 0, 2, 6, 24, or 48 h. Quantitative real-time PCR was used to detect miR-34a levels in different groups. The relative expression of miR-34a was normalized to the expression of the internal control. Data are presented as the from four independent experiments; compared with the control.
