The effects of cisplatin on MDA-MB-231 ROS level, cell number, and cell death are ROS dependent. The relative ROS level (a), cell number (b), and dead cell number (c) were measured for MDA-MB-231 cell treated with 2 μM cisplatin and/or 8 Gy X-ray, in the presence or absence of NAC.
