[Retracted] Apatinib Promotes Apoptosis of Pancreatic Cancer Cells through Downregulation of Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1<i>α</i> and Increased Levels of Reactive Oxygen Species

<div>Apatinib inhibited cell proliferation in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. (a) Cell viability assays of CFPAC-1 and SW1990 cells treated with low-to-high concentrations of apatinib for 48 h. (b) The CFPAC-1 and SW1990 cells were treated with apatinib (8 <i>μ</i>M or 16 <i>μ</i>M) for different time intervals. The inhibitory activity was expressed as an inhibition rate. All experiments were performed in triplicate.
