[Retracted] Hypoxia-Activated PI3K/Akt Inhibits Oxidative Stress via the Regulation of Reactive Oxygen Species in Human Dental Pulp Cells

<div>Effect of HP on oxidative stress in hDPCs after 3 d culture under normoxia, hypoxia, and reoxygenation: (a) HP-treated hDPCs were stained with 10 <i>μ</i>M DCFDA and analyzed by flow cytometry; (b) the expression of inflammatory cytokines in each group, as analyzed by ELISA; (c) flow cytometry and quantitative analysis of cell apoptosis ratio in each group; (d) activity of the antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT, and GSH-PX in hDPCs during culture at different oxygen concentrations.
