Antiepileptic Effects of Protein-Rich Extract from <i>Bombyx batryticatus</i> on Mice and Its Protective Effects against H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-Induced Oxidative Damage in PC12 Cells via Regulating PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathways

<div>Effects of BBPs on MDA, SOD, LDH, and GSH-Px in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-stimulated PC12 cells. The levels of MDA, SOD, LDH, and GSH-Px were determined by the corresponding ELISA kits. PC12 cells were treated with BBPs at concentrations of 200, 400, and 800 <i>μ</i>g/mL for 24 h, subsequently subjected to H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> at the concentration of 300 <i>μ</i>mol/L for 4 h.
