Potential Involvement of <i>BIRC5</i> in Maintaining Pluripotency and Cell Differentiation of Human Stem Cells

<div>Average <i>BIRC5</i> expression on the mRNA level in the group of normal bone marrow cells (BM), peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells previously subjected to mobilization (PBSC), and Wharton’s jelly cells from the umbilical cord isolated using enzymatic digestion with the enzyme collagenase type I (WJC), explant method (WJC-CC), as compared to the average <i>BIRC5</i> expression in the group of normal peripheral blood cells from healthy individuals (PBMC) (blood—calibrator).
