Salvianolic Acid C against Acetaminophen-Induced Acute Liver Injury by Attenuating Inflammation, Oxidative Stress, and Apoptosis through Inhibition of the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 Signaling

<div>SAC inhibited CYP2E1 (a), cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and cytochrome c (b) protein expression in APAP-induced mice. Total protein was extracted from liver tissues, and the protein levels of CYP2E1, cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and cytochrome c were determined by Western blot analysis. <i>β</i>-Actin served as a loading control.
