SAC inhibited CYP2E1 (a), cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and cytochrome c (b) protein expression in APAP-induced mice. Total protein was extracted from liver tissues, and the protein levels of CYP2E1, cleaved caspase-3, Bax, and cytochrome c were determined by Western blot analysis. β-Actin served as a loading control.
