Indigo Naturalis Suppresses Colonic Oxidative Stress and Th1/Th17 Responses of DSS-Induced Colitis in Mice

<div>Effects of QD on the frequencies of Th1 (a), Th17 (b), and Treg (c) cells in mesenteric lymph nodes of mice with DSS-induced colitis. Colitis was induced in all groups except the control group. QD was administered to mice from days 6 to 12. On day 13, the mice were sacrificed and the frequencies of Th1, Th17, and Treg cells in mesenteric lymph nodes were measured using flow cytometry.
