Indigo Naturalis Suppresses Colonic Oxidative Stress and Th1/Th17 Responses of DSS-Induced Colitis in Mice

<div>Effects of QD on Th1 (a) and Th17 (b) differentiation in vitro. Naïve CD4 T cells from C57BL/6 mice were incubated under Th1 or Th17 polarizing conditions in the presence or absence of indicated concentrations of QD with anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation for three days. The phenotypes of Th1 and Th17 cells were analyzed using flow cytometry.
