Siramesine and lapatinib induce synergistic cell death. (a) A549 and U87 were treated for 24 hours with 0.5 μM lapatinib and 10 μM siramesine. Drug-drug interactions were assessed according to the combination index (CI) model. Isobolograms demonstrate the effects of the combination.
