The Role of Nrf2 Signaling Pathway in <i>Eucommia ulmoides</i> Flavones Regulating Oxidative Stress in the Intestine of Piglets

<div>Intracellular glutathione (GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG) concentrations. IPEC-J2 cells were treated with DMEM-H medium (control) or with 70 <i>μ</i>M paraquat (PQ) or 1.9 <i>μ</i>M specific Nrf2 inhibitor (ML385) for 12 h. The concentrations of GSH and GSSG were determined using a GSH and GSSG assay kit from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology. The ratio of GSSG to GSH was calculated.
