Effects of HAS on protein expressions of caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, and p-Akt in H2O2-stimulated PC12 cells. PC12 cells were treated with HAS (15, 30, and 60 μM) or 100 μM vitamin C for 2 h, subsequently subjected to H2O2 (90 μM) for 4 h. Protein expressions of caspase-3, Bax, Bcl-2, PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, and p-Akt were determined by western blotting, and β-actin was used as the internal reference. The values were represented as the (). vs. the control group.
