DHA Supplementation Attenuates MI-Induced LV Matrix Remodeling and Dysfunction in Mice
In mice with surgical MI, the DHA pretreatment was associated with a different inflammation pattern compared to the CD group. Cardiac (a) CCL2 and (b) CCL3 chemokine mRNA expressions were analyzed in the murine myocardium of native, sham, and MI-exposed mice that were CD or DHA supplemented.
