The Effects and Mechanism of Quercetin Dietary Supplementation in Streptozotocin-Induced Hyperglycemic Arbor Acre Broilers

<div>The effects of quercetin dietary supplementation on the levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and liver NO in STZ-induced AA broilers. NC (normal control broilers), HC (STZ-induced broilers), and quercetin (0.02%, 0.04%, and 0.06%) groups. Statistical analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test.
