Role of SIRT1 in Hepatic Encephalopathy: In Vivo and In Vitro Studies Focusing on the NLRP3 Inflammasome

<div>CAY10602 reduced the neurotoxicity of ammonia on HT22 cells. (a) The cytotoxicity of CAY10602 or EX527 on the cell viability of HT22 cells was detected by CCK-8 assay; (b) the apoptosis rates were determined by flow cytometric analysis in each group; (c) cleaved caspase-3 was analyzed by western blotting; (d) the quantitative blots of cleaved caspase-3; (e) immunofluorescence staining of cleaved caspase-3; (f) after treatment, the ROS levels were
