Role of SIRT1 in Hepatic Encephalopathy: In Vivo and In Vitro Studies Focusing on the NLRP3 Inflammasome

SIRT1 knockdown enhanced the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome. (a) The SIRT1 knockdown lentiviral vector (LV) was transfected into BV2 microglial cells.
