Wogonin Strengthens the Therapeutic Effects of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in DSS-Induced Colitis via Promoting IL-10 Production

IL-10 blockade abrogated the therapeutic effects of a combination of MSCs and Wogonin on colitis. On day 2 after exposing to 3.0% DSS water, mice received a combination of MSCs and Wogonin or additionally add neutralizing anti-IL-10 antibody, respectively.
