Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Profiles of Spent Coffee Ground Extracts for the Treatment of Neurodegeneration

<div>Cytoprotective activity of the extracts in SH-SY5Y cells exposed to H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. Cells were pretreated with 1–100 <i>μ</i>g mL<sup>−1</sup> of each extract for 24 h, exposed to 700 <i>μ</i>M H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> for 1 h before measuring cell viability by MTT assay.
