Protein level of HO1 in SH-SY5Y cells treated with the extracts and exposed to H2O2. Cells were treated with E1, E2, E3, and E4 (50 μg mL−1) and after 24 h exposed to H2O2 700 μM for 1 h. Immunoblotting was performed using anti-HO1. Data are expressed as fold over CTRL and normalized by β-actin. Each bar represents of three independent experiments.
