Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Profiles of Spent Coffee Ground Extracts for the Treatment of Neurodegeneration

<div>Cytoprotective activity of the extracts in BV-2 cells activated by LPS. Cells were pretreated with 1–100 <i>μ</i>g mL<sup>-1</sup> of each extract for 24 h, activated with 100 ng mL<sup>-1</sup> LPS for 24 h, and MTT assay was used to measure cell viability.
