ROS levels of BV-2 cells treated with the extracts and activated by LPS. Cells were pretreated with 50 μg mL−1 of the different extracts for 24 h and then activated by LPS. The peroxide-sensitive probe DCFH-DA was used to measure ROS production. Data are expressed as % compared to control cells (CTRL). Each bar represents of at least four independent experiments.
