Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Profiles of Spent Coffee Ground Extracts for the Treatment of Neurodegeneration

<div>ROS levels of BV-2 cells treated with the extracts and activated by LPS. Cells were pretreated with 50 <i>μ</i>g mL<sup>−1</sup> of the different extracts for 24 h and then activated by LPS. The peroxide-sensitive probe DCFH-DA was used to measure ROS production. Data are expressed as % compared to control cells (CTRL).
