Mangiferin alleviated the inflammatory response in HNPCs. HNPCs were stimulated with PBS, TNF-α (20 ng/ml), , or . Total mRNA was extracted from each group, and the expression levels of (a) COX-2 and (b) iNOS were assayed using real-time PCR. Total protein was extracted from each group, and (c–e) the expression of COX-2 and iNOS was evaluated using Western blotting.
