Effects of high-calcium microenvironment on the expressions of MMP-9 in NRK-52E cells and SD rat kidney. (a) The expression of MMP-9 mRNA was detected by q-PCR assay after treatment with 0.7 mg/ml and 1.0 mg/ml calcium for 24 hours.
