The Activation of ROS/NF-<i>κ</i>B/MMP-9 Pathway Promotes Calcium-Induced Kidney Crystal Deposition

<div>Effects of MMP-9 inhibitor I on pathophysiological and morphological changes induced by 1,25(OH)<sub>2</sub>D<sub>3</sub> in SD rats. (a) Body weight changes in each group every two weeks. (b) Urinary calcium excretion levels of rats in each group at the end of the experiment. (c) Serum MMP-9 concentrations of rats in each group at the end of the experiment.
