Proteomic Analysis Revealed the Characteristics of Key Proteins Involved in the Regulation of Inflammatory Response, Leukocyte Transendothelial Migration, Phagocytosis, and Immune Process during Early Lung Blast Injury

Figure 6

Blast exposure significantly altered the expression of key proteins in phagocytic pathway. (a) Western blot analysis of the expression of key proteins related to phagocytic pathway after blast exposure. (b) Mpo expression levels were significantly increased at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 1 week after blast exposure compared with the control (Ctrl) group. (c) Compared with control group, there was no significant difference in the Ncf1 expression at different time points after blast exposure. (d) Compared with the control group, H2-Ab1 expression levels were significantly increased at 12 h, 72 h, and 1 week but significantly decreased at 12 h and 24 h after blast exposure. (e) PKCα expression levels were significantly increased at 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 1 week after blast exposure compared with the control group. All experiments were repeated at least three times. All data were expressed as () and analyzed by the one-way ANOVA test, followed by Tukey’s test for multiple comparisons. Differences were considered statistically significant at for all analyses. vs. the control group.
