Artemisinin Inhibits the Migration and Invasion in Uveal Melanoma via Inhibition of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR Signaling Pathway

<div>Artemisinin attenuates the colony formation ability of UM cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations of artemisinin for 10-15 days, and the colonies with more than 50 cells were counted. Control was set as 100%, and data was calculated as a percentage of the corresponding control.
