NOL12 as an Oncogenic Biomarker Promotes Hepatocellular Carcinoma Growth and Metastasis

NOL12 knockdown inhibited cell proliferation of HCC cells in vitro and in vivo. The expression levels of NOL12 in 12 pairs of fresh adjacent nontumor tissues and liver cancer tissues (a) and HCC cell lines (b) were detected by RT-qPCR.
