ADL-I: ADL Interview; AMPS: Assessment of Motor and Process Skills; EORTC-QLQ-C30: European Organization for Research Treatment of Cancer Core Quality of Life Questionnaire. Item #30 “Global Quality of Life” is rated on an ordinal scale ranging from 1 (very poor) to 7 (excellent). The EORTC-scale categories 1, 2, and 7 are excluded due to very low numbers to fit in the statistical model.
