Inhibition of AR transactivation in IL10, IL6, and ENZ treated cells. LNCaP cells were either untreated (Un) or treated with 100 ng/mL IL10, IL6, or 10 µM ENZ. Cells were collected for flow cytometry analysis at the indicated time points. (a) The gating strategy and how % GFP cells are determined.
