Examination of cytotoxicity of 6-OHDA and the effects of QP water extract on PC12 cells. (a) Cells were treated with different concentrations (200, 300, 400, 500, 600, or 700 M) of 6-OHDA for 6 h. Data were expressed as the means ± SEM of three separate experiments; versus control. (b) PC12 cells were pretreated with QP water extract (0.03, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, or 1 mg/mL, 2 h) before challenging with 6-OHDA (500 M, 6 h).
