Detection of OxiDJ-1 treated with H2O2 in HEK293T cell lysates or cultured media. HEK293T cells were treated with 100 M H2O2 for 0, 1, and 3 h, and their cell lysates (a) or culture media (d) were subjected to Western blot assay.
