CONSORT diagram of study. Initially, 57 participants were screened for eligibility, resulting in 32 participants randomized to participate. Participants were randomized to two arms: singing-first followed by the discussion group or vice versa. Cross-over from singing to discussion occurred after 12 weeks to increase statistical power.
