E6-AP inhibits the
transcriptional activity of PPAR, PPAR, and PPAR. 293T cells were transfected with plasmids
expressing 4X-ACO-Luciferase, pRLCMV, PPAR, PPAR or PPAR, and E6-AP. Cells were lysed and luciferase
activity was corrected for transfection efficiency and protein. Asterisks
indicate a significant difference in luciferase values when compared to the 0
ratio group. (* with statistical analysis using ANOVA). The
