Combined effect of U0126 and troglitazone on cell cycle protein levels in PC-3 cells. PC-3 cells were plated in DMEM/F-12 media supplemented with 10% FBS and 1% penicillin/streptomycin solution and allowed to attach. The cells were then treated for twenty-four hours with DMSO vehicle or different concentrations of troglitazone in the presence (+) or absence (−) of 10 μM U0126. Western blot analysis was used to measure c-Myc, p21, and actin levels within treated cells.
