p-F11 promotes adiponectin oligomerization and secretion in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. 3T3-L1 adipocytes were treated with p-F11 or Rosi for 24 hours. The amount of each oligomer and total adiponectin in the cell lysates (a) or in the culture medium (b) were detected as described in Figure 1(d).
