Amorfrutins Relieve Neuropathic Pain through the PPARγ/CCL2 Axis in CCI Rats

Amorfrutins suppressed the CCL2/CCR2 expression by activating PPARγ. The CCL2 and CCR2 protein expressions were significantly decreased in the amorfrutin group, whereas the GW9662 reversed the effects induced by amorfrutins.
