Sarcomatoid urothelial carcinoma. Tumor comprised of sheets of epithelioid and plump spindle cells which are highly pleomorphic with nuclear hyperchromasia. There is prominent stromal inflammatory response to the invading tumor with destruction of the bladder wall. (Hematoxylin & eosin, original magnification ×100).
